    VIDEO: Property overview in a post-Covid world

    South Africa’s FTSE/JSE All Property Index has generated a respectable return of 11.6% for the 12 months ending 30 April 2022. Over this period, the M&G Property and Enhanced SA Property Tracker Funds have both outperformed, with returns of 15.2% and 13.0% respectively, placing them in the top quartile of their ASISA peer-group category.

    In this video, Yusuf Mowlana, Portfolio Manager of the two M&G property funds, provides a brief overview of the sector, trends he’s observed, and what he believes the future might hold for property investors.
