Meet the team

David joined M&G Investments as Chief Financial Officer in May 2025. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial planning, reporting and risk management. He is an Executive Committee member.

Prior to M&G, David held various roles within the Old Mutual Group, including CFO of Old Mutual Investment Group (OMIG). He began his career at Old Mutual in 2008 as part of the Central Finance team and transitioned to asset management in 2011, joining Old Mutual Investment Group South Africa. In 2014, he moved to Old Mutual Equities Boutique as COO before ultimately leading the finance team at OMIG.
