Paul Boynton
Chairperson
BCom (University of Cape Town), BSc (Hons) (University of Cape Town), MBA (University of Cape Town), CA(SA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)
Paul is the Chairperson of the MandG Investments Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd Board, having joined as an Independent Non-Executive Director in August 2025. Paul also serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee and is an attendee of the Audit Committee.
With over three decades of experience in investments and capital markets, Paul was the founding CEO of Old Mutual Alternative Investments, a role he held until his retirement at the end of 2021. He was also a founding director and later Chair of African Infrastructure Investment Managers. He currently serves on several industry boards and investment committees, including the Association for Savings and Investment South Africa (ASISA) enterprise and supplier development funds.
